I have been a licensed Real Estate agent here in Yuma AZ for ten years now and have extensive experience in all aspects of Real Estate. I am certified in Short Sales and have closed numerous foreclosures as well as short sales. Over the last two years with the Real Estate market being at an all time low I have closed nearly fifty property sales. The majority of these sales were closed due to my corporate sales training and one call sales closing skills that I have learned throughout my lifetime.
